Basic Return & Refunds info
If you’re having any problems with the products you’ve ordered – we offer free 90 Days returns, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please, visit the RMA Requests page and create a return request for the desired item. Additionally, you can contact the seller directly anytime from their store page contact form.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and underwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Once the refund request were processed and accepted – you’ll be automatically refunded with your original payment method within 7 business days.
