Returns & Exchange Policy

Returning an Unwanted Item

We do understand that sometimes something just does not work as intended.
You may want your item(s) to be exchanged or to get your money back.

We do understand. And we will surely help you resolve your problem.

Let us guide you through the different Returns and Refund situations.

Unconditional Refund

If you don’t feel satisfied with your item(s), you can arrange an Unconditional Return.
We will accept it and fully refund you with your original payment method.

Step One

Send us a request for an unconditional refund via e-mail to [email protected]
The unconditional return request must be accomplished within 7 business days from the day you’ve collected the parcel.
The delivery time is saved within your tracking number info.

All returning items must be in their original condition:
Unworn, Unwashed, with original Tags & Packaging.

Intimates, underwear, swimwear, hats, earrings, and makeup items are final sale.
This type of item cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Step Two

We will send you a delivery address to which you should be sending the item(s) back.
As soon as you’ll send an item(s) back – provide us with a tracking number via e-mail to [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item.
If you’ll send is an item(s) back via  Cash on delivery (COD) for shipping, the full price of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Step Three

As soon as we’ll receive the item(s) back to us – we will arrange a full refund with the original payment method in 7 days.
Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
If refunding in the original payment method is impossible for some reason then you will be refunded to online store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Size/Color Item

If the item you’ve received came in the wrong size/color or damaged – you can arrange a Return or an Exchange.

Step One

Send us a request for returning the damaged or wrong size/color item(s) via e-mail to [email protected]
This action should be accomplished within 30 business days from the day you’ve collected the parcel.
The delivery time is saved within your tracking number info.

Intimates, underwear, swimwear, hats, earrings, and makeup items are final sale.
This type of item cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund for Uncollected Parcel

If the Post Service has lost the parcel, which is an extremely rare case, or you’ve just not collected your parcel for some personal reasons – we can still refund you.
We will do a 100% refund with the original payment method except for delivery cost which would be subtracted from the final refund amount.
